Arsi Sefaj
Arsi founded Kolos Partners after over a decade of experience in private equity and healthcare. Prior to Kolos, Arsi was a Principal at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with over $8 billion in assets under management. While at Linden, Arsi’s investments included Aspirion Health Resources, a tech-enabled provider of RCM services, and Advarra, a provider of outsourced services and software to the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to Linden, Arsi was a Principal with BC Partners in New York, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across the healthcare, business services, and software sectors. Previously, Arsi was an investor and operator with Pride Tree Holdings and an investment banker at Berenson & Company.
Arsi has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Fullman
Partner
Scott is a Partner at Kolos Partners, where he works across both investing and technology with a focus on healthcare services businesses. Since launching Kolos, Scott has worked closely with portfolio company management teams to find and build practical ways to use automation, data, and machine learning to improve productivity. His work ranges from diligence and strategy to hiring, technical roadmap development, and hands-on implementation, including building workflow tools alongside company teams. Before Kolos, Scott led data science and machine learning automation at a regtech startup, where his team built systems that combined machine learning, large language models, and human review to materially improve legal review productivity. Earlier, Scott founded and led PwC’s AI advisory group, delivering data and automation projects for Fortune 500 clients.
Scott has BEng from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ani is an experienced public and private investor. Most recently, he was a Vice President at Continental Grain Company, a 200+ year-old family office, where he sourced and led direct investments in food, agribusiness, and animal health. Previously, he was a co-founder of Frosina Holdings, where he evaluated private equity investments across RCM, behavioral health, and specialty healthcare GPOs. Prior to Frosina, Ani was an investment professional at Macquarie Group, Atlas Holdings, and Ellington Management Group.
Ani has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
