Randall's executive leadership experience also includes serving as Chief Development Officer and President of Advarra Consulting, Senior Vice President at PRA Health Sciences, General Manager at DaVita Clinical Research, and Vice President at MDS Pharma Services. Throughout his career, he has led strategic growth, M&A, clinical research operations, and organizational transformation across the life sciences industry.
