She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sage Clinical RCM, leading the company's strategy, growth, and delivery of technology-enabled clinical revenue cycle solutions. Paula's executive leadership experience also includes serving as President of CorroHealth, Executive Vice President at Ciox Health, President and Chief Operating Officer at Accuity Delivery Systems, and senior leadership roles at Conifer Health Solutions. Throughout her career, she has led revenue cycle transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives, helping healthcare organizations improve clinical documentation, coding accuracy, compliance, and financial performance.
