Palmer's leadership experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Contracting at Specialty Networks, Director of REO Supply Chain Design and Operations at Safeguard Properties, and Founder of Lotus Funding Solutions. Throughout his career, he has driven strategic growth, operational excellence, and complex contracting initiatives, with expertise spanning federal contracting, healthcare market access, compliance, and strategic partnerships.
