Previously, Robert served as CEO and President of Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, CEO of Active Day, COO of Seniorlink, CEO of Loving Care Agency, and Senior Vice President at Gentiva Health Services. Throughout his career, he has led healthcare organizations through growth and transformation, with expertise in home health, pediatric care, adult day health, and post-acute care.
