Arsi Sefaj founded Kolos Partners after over a decade of experience in private equity and healthcare. Prior to Kolos, Arsi was a Principal at Linden Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with ~$14 billion in assets under management. While at Linden, Arsi’s investments included Aspirion Health Resources, a tech-enabled provider of RCM services, and Advarra, a provider of outsourced services and software to the biopharmaceutical industry. Prior to Linden, Arsi was a Principal with BC Partners in New York, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across the healthcare, business services, and software sectors. Previously, Arsi was an investor and operator with Pride Tree Holdings and an investment banker at Berenson & Company. Arsi has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
